Dylan Sworik

BROKER OF RECORD

Born into a real estate family and complimented by his studies in Urban Development & Geography at Western University, Dylan brings a unique blend of academics and insights of real world situations to his role.  A decade of experience in real estate sales as a top producer have further provided him with industry expertise, and he possesses the leadership, vision, energy and passion to bring Sutton-Select to the next level!

Bruce Sworik

BROKER/OWNER

The entrepreneurial spirit has always driven Bruce.  He envisioned creating a brokerage that would provide supreme service with the simplicity of effective action, and in 1992 he transformed this dream into reality.  With his heart and soul, he continues to influence and support the brokerage into the next decade.

Karen Sworik

CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

As a partner of Sutton-Select, Karen has been a key advisor since its inception.  Her background in business and administrative studies as well as her experience as an educator enable her to provide insightful direction to the company’s operations.

Susanne Lindsay

HEAD OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Susanne works closely with the Broker of Record and oversees real estate transactions, RECO matters and is responsible for the supervision of the admin team.  Being employed in the real estate industry since 1980 and with Sutton-Select since 1993, Susanne brings a wealth of experience that make her a tremendous asset to our brokerage.

Tammy Saker

ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST

Tammy started with Sutton-Select in 2000 as a receptionist and over the years she has acquired expertise in all the administrative roles.  She possesses a strong understanding of the brokerage operations and is a valuable resource to both Management and our team of realtors.  Tammy also works closely with the Broker of Record in an administrative role.

Patricia Greasley

MARKETING RECEPTIONIST

Patricia became part of our Sutton-Select admin team in 1994.  She works closely with the realtors in the processing of their listings and assists with the creation of marketing materials for them.  Patricia is also the senior receptionist, as well as an in-house technology assistant/trouble-shooter.

Kristine Noone

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Kristine joined Sutton Select in 2015 but has worked in the customer service field since 1995.  She possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills that are well suited to the real estate industry. Her duties include managing the social media platforms, assisting with the transaction and listing processing, as well as other administrative and reception functions.

Jessica Dermo

RECEPTIONIST

Jessica is currently filling a maternity leave placement in our Reception department while pursuing the pre-licensing program as a realtor.  These studies are valuable in her interactions with our realtors, and her energy and genuine love of people are great assets to our team!

Kathy Malleck

FINANCIAL MANAGER

Kathy has managed the financial and bookkeeping records since 1999.  She brings a sharp analytical mind and a penchant for accuracy to this role.  Kathy’s contributions are vital to both our realtors and management.
